Siemens Bank GmbH is part of Siemens Financial Services, a pure-play financial services company, in the Siemens Group. Siemens Bank GmbH is headquartered in Munich Germany and currently operates branches in London, Great Britain, and Singapore. The primary focus is towards European and Asian countries as well as selected emerging markets.
Siemens Bank GmbH Singapore Branch (“SBAS”) started operations in Singapore in March 2017. SBAS is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to operate as a merchant bank offering Project Finance and Corporate Lending Debt as well as selected
advisory services to the Siemens business companies.
On 22 June 2023, Moody’s upgraded the Long-Term issuer ratings of Siemens Bank GmbH to Aa3 from A1. Short-term issuer rating has been affirmed at P-1. The outlook remains stable.
