It was registered as a Trust Company under the Trust Companies Act (Cap. 336). It received a Trust Business Licence (Trust Business Licence No.: TC000016-1) under the Trust Companies Act (Cap. 336).
Portcullis Trust (Singapore) Ltd is also an Approved Trustee for the purpose of acting as a trustee for collective investment schemes authorised under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289).
