Securities Financing

Securities financing is the operation of lending a derivative, stock, or some auxiliary security to a firm or an investor. This requires the debtor to raise collateral in the form of either cash, letter of credit or security. Ownership and title is transferred to the debtor once a security is leased. Securities financing firms provide in-depth analysis on key local and global securities markets.
